More than 4 thousand euros in bonuses to EssilorLuxottica employees. A record for the company. The national and territorial trade union representatives, the RSUs of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil and representatives of EssilorLuxottica met today on the occasion of the national coordination and presented the 2023 Result Bonus. Which reached a gross value of over 36, 3 million euros, up 14% compared to last year, also by virtue of an incentive system. The bonus can reach up to 4,100 euros gross and over 4,400 euros gross if the employee chooses to convert the amount into welfare goods and services.
