The national and territorial trade union representatives, the RSUs of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil and representatives of EssilorLuxottica met today on the occasion of the national coordination and presented the 2023 Result Bonus. The bonus can reach up to 4,100 euros gross and over 4,400 euros gross if the employee chooses to convert the amount into welfare goods and services.
