Flood, construction sites starting on the Hills for 7.6 million euros

Over 10 construction sites are underway on the Hills to definitively resolve the most critical landslides caused by last May’s flood, after temporary interventions worth around 1 million euros carried out as a matter of urgency in 2023.
An investment of 7,620,000 euros which will see the first works starting in June, barring unforeseen circumstances, in via degli Scalini, via dei Colli, via di Sabbiuno and via di Monte Albano, to be concluded in autumn.

The Via delle Lastre project is also nearing completion and, once the necessary authorizations have been obtained, work will begin by the end of the summer. As well as the Via delle Torriane project which is being developed by the Consorzio di Bonifica Renana which has been given the task of implementing it by the Municipality of Bologna.
Same process for the works in via del Ravone, among the interventions that presents the most critical issues even if the road is currently safe and passable, which will start between September and October.

This first package of interventions is worth a total of 3,460,000 euros.

A second group of interventions, for 4,160,000 euros, is being finalized with geologists and designers who are working on the technical-economic feasibility projects for via della Fratta, del Poggio, del Paleotto and Barbiano.
The completion of the designs is scheduled for the end of September, then we will proceed with the awarding of the works whose start is expected in the first months of 2025.
