The mess is big and the game of shifting the blame to the offices is exposed. The issue of local public transport deserves an urgent and satisfactory clarification, especially regarding the way in which the tender was conceived and the lack of reflection on the effects that the division into five lots would have had, some attractive, some less so, others not at all. Nobody talks about this so that it is due to chance that 3 of these lots were deserted, as had been widely announced by the Consortium that held the service. Now we need to start again from the current situation which also has an initial legal backing. That is, two valid matches and three to be redone. As?
