The program The Talent Catcher, hosted by Milly Carlucci on the first channel, continues to advance in its programming with mixed results. Between moments that were a little flat, and others that entertained the audience, yesterday’s episode certainly impressed the performance of the young competitor Clarissa Guzzi, which was not chosen by the judges. The little girl, disappointed, is drowned in her tears, but Milly Carlucci gave her a surprise by inviting her to dancing with the Stars. Here’s what happened.
Clarissa’s presentation and Milly’s invitation
The little girl introduced herself by showing all her passion for dance, and telling something more about herself: “Hello everyone, My name is Clarissa, I’m nine years old and I come from Naples. I like to dress in pink like my Barbies. I have been dancing since I was four years old and I love dance. My family consists of mum, dad and my older sister. My sister is very good and kind, she is the one who gave me this great passion. I never stop, because when the music starts I feel the need to move and start dancing. When I go on stage without music I am desperate, when the music starts I feel like a stage animal”. The little girl also danced quite well, but perhaps not enough to gain the interest of the judges and the public. The little girl was very sad, and to support her Milly spent words of praise: “I saw Clarissa’s face when no one had chosen her, she was very upset… Almost crying she went to dial the number. With that strength you go because you are a winner in life, you are very good.” Then comes the official invitation: “Since Clarissa is a talent, do you want to be a guest on Dancing with the Stars? She’s a champion, she even auditioned for American dance programs. He’s going to be a real hip hop star, absolutely. And we’ll see each other again on Dancing with the Stars. Bye my love”.
The reactions of the judges and the justifications put forward
To still be able to accept talent in your group only Francesco Paolantoni and Sabrina Salerno remained. When they saw the sad face of the little girl, aware that she had not been chosen, they both tried to justify themselves as best they could. First Sabrina went to hug Clarissa telling her: “I don’t want any more children. Why I was so upset the first episode that I had a baby and you didn’t vote for me. As I thought I don’t want kids anymore”, placing the blame on Paolantoni. Then he did the same, saying, “But I didn’t take it because I left it to you. Then I’m Neapolitan like her, otherwise they say we do everything among Neapolitans“. He thought about diluting the tension Wanda Nara, also in tears faced with the little girl’s reaction, trying to give her a little courage and confidence by explaining: “I saw the little girl’s face when none of us chose her. I couldn’t, but the two of them could. She was very upset and it showed in her little face. Almost crying she danced anyway, what a beautiful determination, you have truly incredible strength.” Then she added: “Clarissa, you are an example for all children. They all told us once, no, you have to continue like this in your life.”
