In the early afternoon of March 30, 2023, a bomb was reported inside a vehicle near Piazza Sempione in Rome. The police and the bomb squad who worked on the case immediately intervened on the spot.
In Palermo, on 17 March 2023 a bomb was reported on a Raynair plane that took off from Pisa. The crew and 190 passengers were evacuated and made safe. The entire Punta Raisi airport area was closed and all other arriving flights were diverted to Catania for safety reasons. The bomb squad immediately arrived on site and started the procedures for identifying the bomb. It was a false alarm.
In Genoa, on 13 March 2023 near via Monte Cengio, the alarm went off after some war devices were found that would have caused concern to the citizens who immediately reported the episode. In that case the road was closed to carry out all the findings by the police and the experts.
In February, an alarm went off in the Modena court after an explosive device was reported to the police station inside the building.
