The Regional Civil Protection currently has no reports of people involved or missing. In Cogne between 4 and 6, two air ambulance interventions were carried out which allowed the rescue of a family with a small child, who was stuck in Valnontey, and three isolated people in the Urtier valley. The town remains isolated because the only road to reach it, the regional 47 closed by Ozein, was heavily damaged in several places, including in the municipal area of ​​Aymavilles.

Significant damage also occurred on the municipal road of Valnontey, where both the electricity grid and the aqueduct are out of order. In the Cogne Valley, the regional administration reports, “technical inspections are underway for another assessment of the damage caused by the bad weather and to evaluate the interventions to be activated”. Due to the wave of the Dora Baltea flood, there have been some floods. In Montjovet, two families were evacuated from their homes, who went up to the upper floors; in Issogne, the river flooded between the localities of Favà and Fleuran and some residents were made to go up to the upper floors. Further down the same valley, in Antey-Saint-André, a campsite was evacuated and guests were distributed to various accommodation facilities. Monitoring and rescue operations continued during the night, involving Civil Protection, the Aosta Valley Fire Brigade, the Aosta Valley Forestry Corps, 118, the Aosta Valley Alpine Rescue and the police, as well as the personnel and administrations of the municipalities involved.
