Who wins the European Championships? The favorites for bookmakers: France favourites, watch out for England and Germany
The 2024 European Football Championship continues and while waiting for the start of the round of 16, there is a short break from matches with the groups now over. We will return to the field starting tomorrow, when starting at 18:00 Luciano Spalletti’s Italy will have to face Murat Yakin’s Switzerland in the round of 16. A highly anticipated match between the Swiss and the Azzurri that will determine the team capable of punching the pass to the quarterfinals.
And at 9:00 PM on the same day, Germany and Denmark will also face off at Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund. We have now entered the hottest phase of the tournament and we cannot help but take a look at the odds offered by bookmakers for the final victory. France is the favorite: the victory of Mbappé’s national team is in fact quoted at 5.00.
Very close to the transalpines are Germany, the country that is hosting the event, Jude Bellingham’s England and finally Spain. All three of the national teams just mentioned are stuck at 5.50. To find Italy you have to look very far: Donnarumma and his teammates are clearly underdogs and their victory is quoted at 20.00.
