She didn’t survive to the consequences of the accident in which she was involved on April 24th. She is dead on June 20 in the hospital Maria Moscardini, 72 years old, resident in Frosinone. Yesterday the Frosinone prosecutor’s office entrusted Dr. Vincenza Liviero with the task of carrying out the autopsy which will take place today at the Verano Institute of Forensic Medicine. Doctor Augusto Canali was also appointed as a party consultant. The accident occurred in via Marittima, in the Ceccano area, just beyond the Frosinone motorway bridge, last April 24th. The woman was traveling by car, while being transported, with her son when, suddenly, a crash occurred with another car.
The gravity of the situation was immediately understood. Medical personnel had arrived on site with an ambulance and a medical car, the carabinieri, the local Ceccano police officers and the firefighters. The one who suffered the worst was the woman whose doctors had requested the transfer to Rome. Therefore the intervention of an air ambulance was activated. The woman had been transported to San Camillo in Rome. The woman remained hospitalized for almost two months. Her condition eventually worsened until her death last week. Yesterday, therefore, the task was assigned to the medical consultant appointed by the prosecutor’s office to proceed with the autopsy to establish the causes of Maria Moscardini’s death and whether there is a correlation between the accident of 24 April and the death of the Lady. The exam will take place today in the Verano forensic medicine institute. The motorist who was in the other car, investigated for road homicide, a man from Patrica, is defended by the lawyer Christian Alviani. The defense has however reserved the appointment of a medical consultant. Then, there will be, with a subsequent assignment, the assignment also to establish the dynamics and kinematics of the accident.
