The event scheduled for Thursday 27 June, from 10.30am to 12.30pm, at the Comincenter on the Macchia Romana Campus of the University of Basilicata, in Potenza, aims to connect talents and companies. The initiative, entitled “The Future of Recruiting and Employer Branding”, falls within the scope of the Erasmus Plus Re-Crew project promoted to understand the current state of European small businesses and their ability to carry out recruiting/hiring, support small European businesses through training on the best recruiting techniques and platforms, human resources management, organizational processes, employer branding, etc., effectively evaluate the ability of small European businesses to successfully carry out recruiting and hiring and finally provide European professional training bodies, tutors, trainers, etc. the information and support needed to integrate and adopt project results.
The event was organized by Exeo Lab, a Lucanian company leader in innovation and business support, as well as a partner of the project, in collaboration with Comincenter and Confimi Industria Basilicata, and with the participation of all international partners. The objectives of the meeting were different. First of all, giving an update on the future challenges of Recruiting and Employer Branding, through innovative solutions for hiring within small and medium-sized businesses, and then supporting SMEs in strengthening their selection strategies, putting talents in contact with the companies.
The event also aims to provide an analysis of best practices and future trends for attracting, selecting and hiring the best talent, as well as building and promoting a strong corporate image for potential employees. Speakers at the meeting will be representatives of Confimi Industria Basilicata, the Forum Giovani Potenza, Exeo Lab and Comincenter.
