Claudio Arzà wins the Val d’Aveto Rally

BB Competition toasts with Claudio Arzà to the overall victory of the Rally Val d’Aveto, an event which – over the weekend – saw the driver from La Spezia debut at the wheel of the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, an example equipped with Michelin tires and made available by Erreffe Rally Team , in joint with Autosole 2.0. Flanked by Massimo Moriconi, Claudio Arzà delivered a concrete and aggressive performance in the central phase of the race, winning six special stages out of the eight scheduled. On the roads of Val d’Aveto, Claudio Arzà replicated the victory achieved in the 2023 edition of the race, confirming, kilometer after kilometre, the goodness of the feeling gained with the new evolution of the Bohemian car.

“A good race, we paid for our inexperience with the car in the first test – commented Arzà – then making the difference in the central phase, with the rain. There we took a risk with a choice of dry tires but, despite everything, we managed to maintain the lead achieved at the start of the second day of racing. We faced the last lap of the special stages with rain tyres, a choice adopted by everyone given the conditions, consolidating the position. A great satisfaction, running so little it’s never easy to get into the race rhythm, then winning is even better. I thank the sponsors, the family, the Erreffe team and Autosole 2.0 and Michelin, thanks to these tires we are able to make a difference even in conditions like those proposed by this race.”
