For the ranking of the national series, the balance of the weekend, which marked the halfway point of the season, brought together a podium and a top-5 which weigh heavily in view of the second part of the championship which will resume at the Vallelunga racetrack on the first of September.
«Very interesting stage – says the twenty-five year old driver from Gubbio – with the apprenticeship on the new tires which was positive. It didn’t take us long to settle at the top levels and in both races we fought for the podium until the last corner. Race 1 with a podium and race 2 fought with faster times in the final. In the final tussle we had to settle for a top-5 with a more than satisfactory outcome of the weekend. We gained new experiences and obtained very important points for the ranking, now numerous challenges still await us and we will be even more ready.”
