(ANSA) – ISERLOHN, JUNE 22 – The Lazio Region is increasingly blue: in the coming months, in fact, several matches of the Italian national football teams will be hosted in the regional territory, as part of the partnership signed with the FIGC. “Thanks to the agreement stipulated between us and the FIGC, not only are we promoting the image of Lazio as we are already doing on the occasion of the European Football Championships, the only Italian region present within Casa Azzurri, but we are bringing the blue shirt back to our provinces – he commented the Regional Councilor for the Environment, Energy Transition, Climate Change, Sustainability, Tourism and Sport Elena Palazzo during a press conference at Casa Azzurri Germany – We are indeed proud to announce that we will welcome the Under 21 and Under national teams 20 in Latina and Rieti. Finally, the date and venue of a match for the Women’s National Team are still to be evaluated: the Azzurre’s calendar for next season, in fact, will only be defined after the two European Qualifiers matches in July.
