Chiusanico. Due to a road accident – Anas informs – it is temporarily closed, in both directions, state road 28 “Del Colle di Nava”, at km 130.800 in Chiusanico. One person was injured in the accident. We are currently awaiting an air ambulance.
The accident occurred around 4.30pm on state road 28 and the first Imperia fire brigade intervened on site at km 131 in the municipality of Chiusanico. Once on site the team found a car which, after hitting the wall on the side of the road, had ended its run in the area of a petrol station, with only the driver inside who was unable to get out of the car independently. The firefighters took steps to extract the person involved from the sheet metal and entrust him to the care of 118 personnel. Automedica, Pontedassio Carabinieri red cross, and Grifo were on site.
Anas teams and the Traffic Police are present on site to manage traffic in complete safety and to allow the restoration of regular traffic in the shortest possible time.
