17 year old arrested for resisting a public official. After having fled at the sight of the Carabinieri and having disposed of a few grams of hashish and a precision scale, once they reached him, he gave rise to a very violent reaction by trying to hit the soldier who had caught him with violent elbows.
A few days ago a “Radiomobile” patrol on patrol duty, passing through Via D’Azeglio, noticed a boy who, having caught the eye of the service chief, and realizing that he had not gone unnoticed, started running in the direction of Parco Ducale. Having seen his behavior, the patrol leader gets out of the car and starts chasing the young man. The 17-year-old is rather “motivated” in wanting to move away from the Carabinieri’s range of action, although with difficulty he is never lost sight of, so much so that the attempt to get rid of a nylon wrapper is clearly noticed by the soldier in pursuit.
Once caught, the 17-year-old realized that the package he had thrown had been recovered by the military and attempted to hit the soldier in the side with elbows, with the intention of making him let go. Only the containment action implemented by both soldiers allowed the boy to be placed in safety and then transported to the Strada Fonderie barracks.
Following what was found by the Carabinieri, the 17-year-old was declared under arrest and on the orders of the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Bologna, he was accompanied to the first reception center in Bologna at the disposal of the competent AG
Having validated the arrest, the GIP of the Juvenile Court issued an order with which the precautionary measure of staying at home was ordered.
