Allergens not declared on the label: this is the reason why the Ministry of Health reported the recall by the operator of a batch of baked confectionery products, the so-called “Puff pastry fans” under the Dolciando brand of the Eurospin supermarket chain. In fact, the product packaging contains the “apricot daisies” and not the “fans”. Among the allergens not declared on the label there may be egg, milk and nuts.
The product in question is sold in packs of 220 grams, with batch number L207 and best before date (TMC) 15/02/2025. The company producing the sweets recalled for Eurospin Italia Spa is Bianco Forno, whose production plant is located in via Mazzei 1, in Fornacette-Calcinaia, in the province of Pisa.

The ministry, therefore, recommends as a precaution to allergic people to eggs, milk and nuts not to consume the apricot daisies present by mistake in the packaging of the fans with the batch number and minimum shelf life indicated in the recall document. Consumers who are not allergic to eggs, milk and nuts, however, can eat the product without risk.
