The journalist Riccardo Cucchi was the protagonist of the evening organized by the “Amici di Graziano” to remember Graziano Colotti. The meeting took place at the Anffas headquarters and saw the participation not only of many of those who had met Graziano, in their footballing and non-football careers, but also of the boys from the Maceratese youth teams and some young players from Maceratese Calcio Female, in addition to the presence of Colotti’s family. Presenting his book “Another football is still possible”, recently included in the six finalists of the 2024 Bancarella Sport Award, Cucchi proposed a critical analysis of certain aspects of current sport and, in particular, of a football that it is losing its original connotation to definitively become a “spectacle”. Stimulated by the questions of those present, Cucchi then spoke a little about his career as a radio commentator, for example talking about the exam he took at a very young age in Rai in front of Sergio Zavoli or the years he spent on “Tutto il calcio minuti per minuti”, in the company of Ameri and Ciotti, to the point of remembering the deep emotions felt during the radio commentary of the Italian victory at the 2006 world championships, or the very particular ones for Lazio’s scudetto.
