The planned meeting was held yesterday at the Ministry of Education between the public sector delegation and the so-called trade unions. representatives of the CGIL-CISL-SNALS-GILDA-ANIEF school (excluding the UIL which has not signed the CCNL).
The Ministry delivered the draft agreement to the aforementioned SOs, the text of which we are able to publish, which, as we predicted in our previous newsletter – click to download – does not allow those who have been the recipients of fixed-term appointments aimed at the role and for those who have been placed on the role since 1.9.2023 (the latter if they do not have the exemptions provided for by the CCNL on mobility 2024/2025) to produce an application for temporary interprovincial assignment.
The meeting has been adjourned to a date to be defined so, at present, it is not possible to predict the period within which it will be possible to produce a request for use and provisional assignment for the school year. 2024/2025.
We wonder, as was said in our statement, whether the so-called trade unions. they will be able to obtain the possibility for all permanent staff from 1.9.2023 or recipients of a fixed-term appointment aimed at the role, to be able to produce a request for temporary assignment or, passively, they will be content to sign the text proposed by the Ministry.
