Due to the anticyclone that is stationing over our country, temperatures will be very high throughout Lazio, reaching nearly thirty-five degrees.
Sharp rise in temperature today, Tuesday 18 June, in Lazio. If yesterday the thermometer read thirty degrees, today in many areas of the region the highs will reach up to thirty-four degrees. The heat peak? Between 2pm and 5pm, when it is advisable not to be out and about – if possible – due to the strong heat which will be found in all cities. The situation will not improve in the next few days, on the contrary: on Friday, highs are expected in Lazio which will reach nearly forty degrees due to the anticyclone that will station over our country for the next few days.
But let’s see the situation in detail. TO Rome in the ‘coolest’ hours temperatures will reach fifteen degrees, while the maximum will be around thirty-four degrees. The sky will be cloudless, while the winds will not help us as they will blow with very weak intensity throughout the day.
Things will not change in the other provinces of Lazio. TO Frosinone temperatures will fluctuate between thirteen and thirty-four degrees, while at Latin between sixteen and thirty-four. Slightly lower highs in Rieti and Viterbo, where in any case the thermometer will reach thirty-one degrees. Unlike other areas of Italy, where the anticyclone will bring some storms, no rain is expected in Lazio, either now or for the rest of the week. In the next few days the sun and heat will be increasingly intense, and it is estimated that compared to last year there will be at least one/two degrees higher. Over the weekend, however, masses of fresh air should arrive to make the climate a little more pleasant, which will inevitably become increasingly torrid.
