There is no peace for the Sant’Alfonso Maria de’ Liguori hospital Sant’Agata de’ Goti and for the citizens of the Caudina Valley and in fact from Thursday 20 June and until further notice the emergency room will only be accessible from 8am to 6pm. This is what we read from the information sent by the ‘San Pio’ Hospital of Benevento to the Institutions competent persons of the Campania Region, Mr. Prefect and Mr. Mayor of Benevento, Mr. Mayor of Sant’Agata de’ Goti, Police Headquarters of Benevento, Provincial Headquarters of the Carabinieri of Benevento, General Directorate of the ASL of Benevento and Operations Center 118.
The text of the note: “We inform you that – for the logistical reasons widely illustrated by the Strategic Management of the San Pio Hospital of Benevento to the aforementioned Authorities for the fulfillment of their competence – the time of admission of patients to the Emergency Department of the Sant’Alfonso Maria de’ Liguori Hospital of Sant’Agata de’ Goti will be limited, temporarily starting from 06.20.2024 and until new staff are found, to daytime hours only, more precisely from 8.00 to 18.00.
