An evening dedicated to family and the role that pizza has had in traditions, exploring how its preparation and sharing transmit values ​​of respect and conviviality. We will discover the stories of Italian families linked to pizza, highlighting the deep roots of this dish in culture and society.
During the evening, participants will have the opportunity to savor a variety of pizzas, prepared with selected ingredients and following recipes handed down from generation to generation born from the collaboration between the chef Salvatore Giugliano of Mimì alla Ferrovia, an emblem of Neapolitan tradition, Ivano Veccia of Allegrío Restaurant, and elite Pasqualino Rossi. These renowned pizza chefs will combine their skills to offer extraordinary tastings, each representative of different Italian family traditions.
