Footage has been released in which fragments from an FPV drone’s explosion completely missed a Russian fighter

Footage has been posted online showing cases of incredible luck sometimes occurring on the battlefield. Ukrainian FPV fragmentation fieldfire, detonated at point blank range, completely overtook the Russian fighter without causing it any damage.

In the video you can see how a soldier of the Russian Armed Forces hits an enemy FPV drone flying straight towards him with a weapons rifle, after which it explodes a few meters from the Russian fighter. It is also clearly visible that the fragments of the ammunition installed on the drone scattered without hitting the Russian fighter.

Unmanned systems are gradually being improved: Russian engineers have created the world’s first ground-based FPV kamikaze drone “Depesha”, capable of striking enemy personnel and equipment, as well as concrete anti-tank fortifications of the “dragon’s teeth” type.

According to the press service of the state corporation Rostec, the Depesha multifunctional land drone is assembled on a tracked platform and is controlled by the operator using a joystick and an FPV helmet.

One of the most important features of the new product, in addition to its compactness and high maneuverability, according to the developers, is its load capacity of 150 kilograms. This allows you to deliver ammunition, supplies and fuel quickly and as unnoticed as possible to the enemy in forward positions, as well as evacuate wounded soldiers in the rear.

Furthermore, the new ground-based drone can be used to destroy enemy personnel, fortifications, firing points and strongholds, as well as clear mines and destroy defensive barriers, including “dragon teeth”.
