The Lazio track reopens for Boulaye Dia

19

Boulaye Dia is ready to go to Rome. This time not to reach the headquarters of the Arbitration Board, as happened recently, but to move to Lazio. A one way trip, with no return to Salerno. The hypothesis becomes more and more concrete and he would go on to overcome the wall created between Salernitana and the tip. The Granata club’s lawyers have been working for some time to close an affair that has dragged on for a year now and which has affected the season that has just ended. In recent days, dialogues with the player’s representatives have intensified and the parties seem close to an agreement after the previous disagreements. It is in the interest of both Salernitana and Boulaye Dia to resolve the situation without reaching a ruling by the Arbitration Panel. We remind you that the Granata club has presented a request to request the halving of the player’s salary and compensation for damages of 20 million euros. The ruling of the Arbitration Panel was postponed from June to July precisely to allow the parties to find an agreement which, it seems, is close. Even before that, on 19 June, the Arbitration Panel should also express its opinion on the appeal presented by the player against the fine received for the unauthorized interview given to L’Equipe. Both proceedings could end with an agreement between Salernitana and Dia on the basis of the player’s transfer to Lazio. The Senegalese striker would have preferred to play in the Premier League but seems willing to move to Lotito’s club. The conditional sentence is a must given what has happened over the months. At Lazio Dia would find Tchaouna who already has a preliminary agreement with the Capitoline club.
