Bologna, 15 June 2024 – Another very serious accident in the now tormented Bolognese hub which just yesterday he was paralyzed for hours after an accident in the Casalecchio area.
Today the crash occurred on the stretch of A14 that crosses the city, alongside exit 6 of the ring road (Arcoveggio) heading north. The crash has involved 4 cars and 11 people who were on board. Three of them, two parents and a little girl of Russian origins, they were taken to the Maggiore hospital with various injuries, but luckily it didn’t appear to be anything serious.
The chain collision obviously caused very serious problems to the already congested traffic of a Saturday morning in June (with exodus towards the sea attached). Plus, there was a rear-end collision also in the opposite direction due to onlookers slowing down to look.
In short, another day of passion for the highway and also for the Bolognese traffic: many motorists in fact choose to go out and travel along the city roads, primarily the ring road. Furthermore, the city is (and will be even more) a gruyere of open construction sites. Have a good weekend and lots of patience everyone.
