The new Volkswagen ID.7 GTX (also in the Tourer version i.e. station wagon) arrives on the Italian market the Pro S version (also in this case also in the Tourer variant). With the opening of the orders more information on fittings and prices was shared.

Volkswagen ID.7 GTX is recognized by a look characterized by specific details to make his own bolder look. Think, for example, of the bumper with a honeycomb grille and arrow-shaped daytime running lights. There is also no shortage of glossy black elements such as the rear-view mirror caps, the side skirts and the lower part of the rear bumper.

As for the interior, we find heated seats with contrasting red stitching and the perforated GTX writing on the backrests. Another GTX-specific feature is the multifunction steering wheel with red decorative stitching. The Tourer version differs only in the rear part. The station wagon shapes allow for greater load capacity: 605 liters versus 532 litres.

Both models have a powertrain with two electric motors for a total of 250 kW (340 HP). Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds (5.5 seconds for the Tourer). Thanks to 86 kWh battery which can be recharged from an HPC charging station up to 200 kW, it is possible to travel up to 588 km (WLTP). Distance that drops to 577 km for the Tourer.

For the Italian market, the ID.7 GTX is proposed also in the GTX Pro setup which for a surcharge of 2,300 euros offers an advantage for the customer on the cost of individual equipment of 10,000 euros. This trim level offers: Interior Pack Plus, metallic paint, IQ.DRIVE Assistance Pack, Comfort Pack and Exterior Pack Plus.

Until now, the Volkswagen ID.7 could only be had with the 77 kWh battery (210 kW / 286 hp engine). Now, with the Pro S version, the new electric flagship from Volkswagen is also offered with a 86 kWh battery, the same as the GTX. The WLTP range of the new ID.7 Tourer Pro S is up to 688 km, while that of the ID.7 Pro S sedan is up to 707 km. In terms of equipment, the ID.7 Pro S and ID.7 Tourer Pro S follow the current Pro versions.

For the Pro S, however, theEdition Plus setup which offers a customer benefit of 8,000 euros and includes Comfort Pack, Metallic Paint, Exterior Pack and IQ.DRIVE Assistance Pack.
