The event promoted by Go Wine in collaboration with the Municipality of Valenza is confirmed for next Saturday 15 June.
Two events characterize the day: a guided tasting at 5.30 pm in the foyer of the Teatro Sociale, with the collaboration of the Mani Intelligenti Foundation; the tasting stand (6pm-10.30pm) at the San Rocco Municipal Centre, in the historic center of Valenza.
“La Via dell’Oro”: a tasting journey that links the goldsmith excellence of the city to wine, as a valuable product and precious gift of the land.
The tasting tables in the rooms of the San Rocco Municipal Center bring to the stage from 6pm to 10.30pm representative wine expressions of the province of Alessandria, in particular the areas of Gavi, Colli Tortonesi, Ovada and Acqui Terme.
Other native wines from Piedmont will be present in a special wine shop. An extraordinary opportunity to learn about new and different products and to savor the charm of the typical features and biodiversity that characterizes Piedmontese winemaking.
At 5.30 pm, inside the foyer of the Teatro Sociale di Valenza, the guided tasting dedicated to Derthona Timorasso and Gavi will take place, great local white wines ideally paired with excellent goldsmiths.

The Mani Intelligent Foundation was born in 2018 at the end of a process led by the Municipality of Valenza which involved the most important and representative production companies present in the Valencian area.
The primary objective of the Foundation is to fill the generation gap present within the Valencian production force through local employer branding initiatives and by proposing innovative training actions.
The Foundation is committed to protecting and promoting Valenza’s invaluable goldsmith tradition, celebrated throughout the world for its extraordinary innovation and creativity. Its objective is to identify and train a new generation of master goldsmiths capable of combining the roots of tradition with the freshness of innovation.
