More triumphs for the Azzurri: Crippa wins the half marathon and brings the Italian medals to 12

ROME A triumph for Italy in the half marathon, in Rome, with Yeman Crippa winning gold in 1:01.03 and Riva taking silver immediately behind him to complete the double. With this double success, the Italian medals at the European Athletics Championships in Rome rise to 12 in total: last night another three golds with Jacobs in the 100 metres, with the other Italian Ali second, Simonelli in the 110 Hs and Fabbri in the shot put.
