Last day of school with a look to the future for the students of “D’Annunzio”

Not just tears, water balloons and waiting for the holidays on the last day of the school year “D’Annunzio” lower secondary school of Lanciano, but also a look into the future before the last bell rings.

In the project dedicated toschool orientationin addition to contacts with the major schools in the area, this year the teachers decided to bring the students closer to the world of work also thanks to meetings with professionals in the area and this morning it was the turn of three great artists from our land.

The director spoke to the over two hundred students of “D’Annunzio”. Pier Luigi Di Lallothe hair stylist Silvio Luciani and the photographer Roberto Colacioppo. The three, each in their own field, told the kids how they managed to achieve their goals, make their dreams come true and become true professionals.

Di Lallo, with the help of some slides, talked about everything that happens behind the camera and how much study and work goes into each take. It was then Silvio Luciani who caught the kids’ attention by talking about how his creative flair led him to be one of the stylists who take care of the artists’ images in Sanremo and in the biggest glamorous events in Italy.

So much passion, so much dedication and so much commitment. To conclude the morning, Roberto Colacioppo who, he said, managed to become among the most popular photographers of the tour, managing to range from wedding photos to those in which he deals with social issues, with a single aim: to give emotions with his objective, only after years and years of practice and study.

In short, there is no realization without study and sweatbut not even without the firm will and stubbornness to chase one’s dreams, even when everything seems lost.

«This was precisely the message we wanted to get across – say the teachers coordinated by the manager Anna Di Nizio -. How important it is to believe in your dreams and make sure they come true. And we are certain that this is only the first step of a longer and more timely journey to consciously bring our children closer to their future.”
