Hell in Israel: Hetzbollah unleashes vast fires

During a meeting in Lebanonin a location that the spokesperson for Hetzbollah reported that it was secret but that in reality it was the underground bunker where he has taken refuge for years Hassan Nasrallah, the new Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani, who took office immediately after the helicopter crash which in addition to his predecessor also cost the life of President Ebrahim Raisi, discussed with Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah those that proposed solutions to end the Gaza war have been defined. At the end of the meeting the terrorist militia published the following statement: “Hassan Nasrallah and Ali Bagheri Kani reviewed the latest regional political and security developments, especially on the Gaza and Lebanon fronts, and the proposed solutions.”

Bagheri arrived in Lebanon on Monday on his first foreign trip since being appointed interim minister following the death of his predecessor Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and said in a press conference that the United States should stop all aid to Israel rather than propose a ceasefire.

He also added that he chose Lebanon for his first official visit because the country of cedars is the cradle of resistance against Israel.

In other words, with this trip of its Foreign Minister, Iran has passed the orders to his proxi Lebanese.

The effects of this order were immediately felt, in fact on the night between 3 and 4 June a heavy bombing from the Lebanon with incendiary devices of different types, from mortar bombs to suicide drones and even missiles with warheads adapted to set fire rather than explode, it hit northern Israel, triggering dozens of large fires that destroyed thousands of hectares of forests.

It should be underlined that this is forests which have been planted by the Israelis over the last 100 years to strip the territory from the desert rocks and make it fertile.

Thirty-two teams of firefighters were involved in dealing with the situation and firefighting planes and helicopters were used.

This move by Iran through Hetzbollah, has further raised the bar of the clash and with the damage caused, it will take dozens of years to replant the destroyed forests, perhaps the last red line has been crossed.

While all this was going on a senior member of Hamas, via the Lebanese television channel al-Mayadeen, announced that no delegation went to Cairo and that Hamas did not accept what was offered by the mediators. “We don’t want to start from scratch, our main condition now is Israel’s official approval of the previous offer otherwise there will be no further rounds or discussions on the issue. The Hamas movement is surprised by the constant requests from the American government through intermediaries for our approval, while the Israelis do not agree with the proposal we have agreed upon.”

These statements were echoed by an article published by The Wall Street Journal entitled: “Sinwar does not want to end the war”. This article publishes what Israel has known for a long time but which Washington pretends not to understand: Hamas officials told mediators that they had not seen an Israeli offer that corresponded to the deal described by Biden.

Meanwhile the prime minister Netanyahu finds itself between a rock and a hard place, between US pressure which for its internal reasons, presidential elections, needs to renew negotiations, and the intransigence of right-wing parties who want the war to continue until the destruction of Hamas.
If we add to this the international tribunal breathing down our necks, the omelette is complete.

Meanwhile too Sinwar he is in no hurry to put an end to the war, he feels international support and believes, the facts for the moment prove him right, that he is dragging Israel into a quagmire that makes it an outcast in the world. However, this creates difficulties for him with the leaders of Hamas in exile, those who have become accustomed to luxury and the good life, who are eager to end the war on the condition of an agreement that guarantees the survival of Hamas and their role in the government of Gaza.

While all this is happening, and we will soon witness the consequences, it must be remembered that the number of living Israeli hostages in the hands of Hamas is decreasing day by day. Also yesterday it was reported that Haim Peri, Yoram Metzger, Amiram Koper and Nadav Poplewell, who had been kidnapped alive, some of them had also appeared in videos published by Hamas, were killed and that their bodies are being held by the terrorists .

The Israeli War Cabinet will meet urgently on 6/4/2024 at 5:30 PM ET following the events in northern Israel.

The army General Staff is just waiting for the green light to act both in Rafah and in Lebanon.
