Over the last weekend, the provincial command of the Carabinieri of Fermo intensified its control activity in the area, obtaining significant results in the prevention and repression of street crimes. In particular, the soldiers of the Carabinieri Station of Porto Sant’Elpidio, at the end of the investigations, reported to the judicial authorities two individuals of Campania origin and one from the area, all three convicted criminals and resident in the area. The three were recognised, after photographic identification and with the confirmation of analysis activities of the messaging apps, as the subjects who gave narcotic substances such as cocaine several times to a local individual, who, unable to pay, had accrued the three drug dealers have a debt of 1,200 euros. The man was therefore subjected to repeated death threats from the three, even in the presence of his family, with the aim of recovering the credit.

Meanwhile, during an inspection, the Carabinieri of the Porto Sant’Elpidio station tracked down and executed an order to place a man from Foggia, aged around 40, under house arrest, responsible for the crime of drug dealing, extortion and private violence.
Also in Porto Sant’Elpidio, during a coordinated service organized by the Fermo Carabinieri Company, a total of 85 cars were checked and 158 people identified. In this context, a criminal aged around 30 was also reported, found in possession of a switchblade and a few grams of hashish. During the check, a criminal aged around 40 years old residing in the Fermo area was also reported for violating the mandatory expulsion order issued by the Fermo police commissioner.
