CAMPOBASSO. Yesterday afternoon at the “G. Rivera”, the police commissioner Cristiano Tatarelli, met the athletes of the Fiamme Oro sports group – Youth wrestling section of Campobasso.
During the meeting, which was also attended by the regional president of Coni-Molise Vincenzo D’Angelo, the director of the aforementioned Education Institute Giovanni Nunziata and the deputy commissioner of police Massimo Passariello, the very young athletes gave life to a demonstration of the discipline practiced, guided by their Master, the Inspector of the State Police Beniamino Scibilia.
The occasion was an opportunity to highlight the importance of sport for young people also in terms of social inclusion and recovery.
The President of Coni-Molise then reminded those present of the upcoming sporting event that will affect the main Italian cities, “The National Sports Day”, which on June 16th will also affect Campobasso, with an initiative in the central Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II .
In greeting the young athletes, Commissioner Tatarelli announced the establishment of a youth weightlifting section which will enrich the already consolidated Fiamme Oro sports group of Campobasso, of which not only family members of members of the Police Force but all can be part. young people and very young people who wish to undertake sporting activities practiced at the Campobasso Section.
