The farewell of Sarri it was unexpected and turbulent, but in some way it gave Lazio the opportunity to close a cycle that for a few months had seemed to have come to an end. The arrival of Tudor, on the contrary, is the sign of a rebirth which, inevitably, will lead to a change in plans for the summer, when the club will be called upon to strengthen the squad with elements that are compatible with a gaming philosophy that is very distant from the previous one. A topic that, speaking to the microphones of Radiosei, the Biancoceleste sports director Angelo Fabiani expressed it very clearly:
“Cycles open and close, the previous one closed with Sarri, now it is opening another in which young players will arrive, but who have international experience. In my football it is not allowed to take Over-30 players, unless there are great occasions. We want to build a team of young, important guys who can give Lazio a future. I take Feyenoord as a model, but also look at Leverkusen. Lazio must do exactly this.”
