MONTEBELLUNA (TREVISO) – SUV cuts off a scooter to reach the distributor: 63 year old at the end of his life. The very serious accident it happened yesterday evening, May 4th, in via Montegrappa in Montebelluna, near the Esso service area. It was around 11pm when a Range Rover driven by a 36-year-old Moroccan man turned to access the fuel pump. But in the maneuver he hit the scooter rider who was traveling in the opposite direction on his Piaggio scooter.
The motorcyclist was the one who suffered the worst in the impact. The man was thrown from the saddle and lost consciousness. Her condition immediately appeared to be very serious. The injured man was treated on site and stabilized by the Suem 118 e paramedics transported by helicopter to hospital Ca’ Foncello di Treviso, where he is still hospitalized, in very serious conditions.
