An application order was issued for the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the offended person against a 29-year-old Georgian man.
In recent days, the Fondi State Police proceeded to execute the order for the application of the personal precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the offended person to the places they usually frequent and to their next of kin, towards a 28-year-old Georgian citizen, resident in Itri.
The measure, issued by the Judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Cassino, on the proposal of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, became necessary, since the subject, with multiple executive actions of the same criminal plan, forced his cohabiting wife, with violence and threats, to undergo complete sexual acts, insulting and denigrating her.
Furthermore, the woman had been forced to suffer other humiliations and mistreatment, especially in cases in which her spouse was in a state of psychophysical alteration, due to the intake of alcohol and drugs, conduct which on several occasions manifested itself even in the presence of the two little ones. children, who are also forced to witness their father’s violence.
The latter, referring to his wife, offended her regarding her physical appearance, spat in the dish that was prepared for him because he did not appreciate her culinary skills, pinched her and kicked her on the ankles, threatening to take away her children and repair the abroad.
On a recent occasion, after spitting in the coffee cup and on her face, he grabbed her, threw her to the ground and threatened her with death, under the terrified eyes of her children who were trying to block the parent’s fury, to protect the other. On the basis of what was reconstructed during the investigations carried out by the State Police, the Judge believed that the conditions of gravity and urgency were met which made the measure necessary, in order to prevent the repetition of the oppressive conduct for which the suspect had been responsible.
The suspect, who will have to face trial for the alleged crimes, will not be able to return to the marital home and will have to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters from the victim and his relatives, in particular his children, as well as from the places frequented by them habitually.
The application of the electronic bracelet has also been arranged, which will promptly report any transgressions to the imposed requirements to the police.
