Thursday 18 April from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at the Volunteer House in via Villafranca 8/b, the fourth appointment of the training course for volunteers and aspiring new volunteersthe. In the meeting, organized by the Municipality of Cervia, Volunteer Coordination and Active Citizens Desk, the theme of Kindness in language, care and relationships is addressed.
Kind words can be a powerful tool, they are not just courtesy or politeness but the choice of words and how they are communicated can influence thoughts, behaviors and emotional state in the listener and particularly in the context of care they can alleviate anxiety and improve patient trust. Kindness in language, care and relationship is a caring attitude towards life, reflecting an appreciation of the dignity of every living being.
Kindness must be educated as it is an attitude that has to do with the ability to listen, with respect, understanding and trust.
