An expert report to clarify the dynamics of the accident which, last March 17, on the Sassari-Alghero state road 291, caused the death of three people and as many injured. It was the Sassari prosecutor’s office, and the prosecutor in charge of the investigation Erica Angioni, who assigned the task today to the engineer Giuseppe Roggero.
The aim is to comprehensively reconstruct what happened precisely identifying the involvement of each of the parties involved. According to what has been ascertained so far, through the testimonies of those present and the findings of the Alghero carabinieri, on the evening of 11 days ago, it would have been a risky maneuver when overtaking to cause the collision between the Mercedes driven by Antonio Luigi Murinedduin the direction of Sassari, and the Fiat 600 which was proceeding in the opposite direction and was occupied by the two boyfriends Christian Foddai and Chiara Urgias.
A collision which resulted in the death of the three and which was followed by a further collision of the Fiat 500 which arrived with a family on board who was then admitted to hospital, fortunately without serious consequences. The expert will begin his work in April which should be delivered by June.
