An eight-year-old girl has died in a road accident in via Pontina Vecchia in the Municipality of Ardea. The accident dates back to the early afternoon of today, Thursday 28 March, and occurred in the province of Rome. The toll, in addition to the little deceased, is three children aged between eight and ten years old one adult was injured. The man had to be transported to hospital by air ambulance code red. He suffered multiple traumas and the injury toll is significant. Having arrived at the emergency room, he will then be admitted to intensive care, in reserved prognosis. One of the injured children is five years old and finds himself admitted to the Bambino Gesù pediatric hospital with a upper limb fracturefortunately he is not at risk of dying.

According to the information learned, it was just before 3.45 pm, the three cars involved in the accident were there at the crossroads between via Pontina Vecchia and via della Pescarella in Ardea. For reasons unknown and still being ascertained they collided, the impact was violent. The man, who was seriously injured, needed urgent medical attention and was flown in code red with the Pegaso air ambulance to the San Camillo hospital in Rome, where he landed and was entrusted to the care of doctors.
