The average cost of car liability insurance in February reached the figure of 395 euroshighlighting a increase on an annual basis of 6.5% in nominal terms and 5.7% in real terms.
The increase, however, marks a decline compared to +7.5% recorded in the previous month, as shown by the data provided by Ivass.
Price trends and territorial differences
Compared to the pre-pandemic period, average prices are lower, with 406 euros in February 2019. Price variations are observed at the provincial level, from the 1.8% increase recorded in Ragusa to the 11.0% increase found in Aosta.
