An Easter that is not armored but still in maximum safety. This is the objective of the Prefecture which in the latest committee for public order and safety pulled the strings of the summits held in recent weeks also in light of the recent directives of the Minister of the Interior which provide for a strengthening supervision also in light of the complex international situation. Fixed and dynamic safeguards are foreseen on the so-called “sensitive objectives”, with coordinated action by the police forces which will particularly affect places of worship, sites of tourist and cultural interest and areas with a greater commercial vocation. Controls of the road and motorway network, railway sites and public transport infrastructures will also be intensified, in particular the Rimini and Riccione stations and the “Fellini” airport. Great attention is also paid to historic centers and places frequented especially by young people, with inter-force services in the evening hours to prevent behavior that could put the liveability of the places at risk. Overall from today (Thursday) until Tuesday 2 April every day 150/160 operators will be employed between law enforcement agencies, local police and the army.
