New Alfa Romeo Giulia it will arrive in the spring of 2026 as officially confirmed by the number one of the Milanese car manufacturer CEO Jean Philippe Learned. Juliet’s heir, however, is not yet certain of returning. It is one of those cars that Alfa Romeo is evaluating and which could arrive either in 2027 or 2028 but first we will have to see how the sales of the other new cars will go and how the market will evolve.

If this car is made we can say with certainty that there will be one thing that it will have in common the new Alfa Romeo Giulia and the heir to Giulietta. We are obviously not referring to the fact that they are two sedans, the only exception to the rest of the Alfa Romeo range which is now made up of SUVs only. We are referring to the design that these cars will have which will not be two classic sedans but in both cases the snake will give a more aerodynamic appearance to its models which will therefore take on the appearance of two short-tail coupé sedans.
Those who saw the new Alfa Romeo Giulia in advance confirmed precisely this. it will not be a classic three-volume sedan but a 2.5-volume coupé sedan which in some ways is very vaguely reminiscent of the Tesla Model 3. As for the presumed heir of Giulietta which could very well change its name and be called Alfetta or Brera It was Learned himself who said that it will be a coupé sedan with the head of design Mesonero Romanos hinting that the truncated tail will be a feature of future Biscione models but that obviously it will be more noticeable in sedans.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulia will be born on the STLA Large platform and will be produced in Italy. The fate of Giulietta is still uncertain and if it happens it will be born on the STLA Medium platform. It is currently unknown where it could be produced. If Italy is chosen, Melfi could be his home but at the moment these are premature discussions.
