From 20 June to 17 July 2024except for any changes, all existing customers and new customers CoopVoce who require portability of their mobile number from any other national operator will be able to activate the rechargeable mobile offer CoopVoce Evo 10 to 4.90 euros per month.
The rechargeable mobile offer CoopVoce Evo 10 consists of having unlimited minutes of voice traffic to all national landline and mobile numbers, 1000 SMS per month to all national numbers e 10 Giga per month of mobile internet traffic on the TIM 4G network at 4.90 euros per month with automatic renewal, unless cancelled.
Who is CoopVoce Evo 10 aimed at?
The offer CoopVoce Evo 10 it will be activated for new customers CoopVoce with a simultaneous request for portability of your mobile telephone number (MNP) and for existing CoopVoce customers. The offer in question, barring changes, cannot be subscribed to by anyone who intends to activate a new number.
Existing CoopVoce customers from 20 June to 17 July 2024subject to any changes, will be able to activate Evo 10 for 4.90 euros per month by supporting an offer activation and/or offer change contribution 9.90 euros (subject to changes) which is deducted from the SIM credit together with the advance first month’s fee.
It is not yet known whether it will be possible to get the first month free, as had already happened from 7 March to 3 April 2024, when it was on the market Evo 10 for 4.90 euros per month.
The activation cost should however be free: for this information you will have to wait a few days or directly Thursday 20 June 2024.
The promo Age 10 to 4.90 euros per month it will also be available through the Self SIM sales channel if you request portability of your mobile phone number. The new CoopVoce offer will be activated also in eSIM format.
Please remember that the eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan on your device without having to use a removable SIM.
EU roaming
As required by current European legislation, with the national mobile offer it is possible to use minutes and SMS even in Roaming in European Union countries, under the same conditions as in Italy. However, as regards browsing the internet, it is applied a maximum limit on the amount of data trafficas required by current legislation.
Extrathreshold
Minutes are charged on the actual seconds of conversation, with no connection fee and internet connections are single kilobyte.
In case of exceeding the data traffic bundle included in the offer, internet browsing is inhibited at no additional cost. Once the number of SMS included in the month is exceeded, the conditions of the basic tariff plan apply.
If the CoopVoce customer has finished the data bundle or SMS included in the Evo offers by the expiry date of the monthly threshold, he or she will be able to renew the offer early directly from the CoopVoce App.
The Evo 10 offer automatically renews every month, unless cancelled.
If the remaining credit is not sufficient, the offer is suspended for 30 days. To reactivate it you must recharge within 30 days, otherwise it will be deactivated. In the event of suspension, voice and SMS traffic is charged according to the conditions of the tariff plan active on the CoopVoce SIM, while internet traffic is inhibited.
Who is CoopVoce
CoopVoce since 2020 it has been a virtual mobile operator FULL MVNO Of Coop Italy which has always chosen to use the TIM mobile network (even when it was ESP MVNO).

Starting March 7, 2023, with CoopVoce VoLTE technology is officially available for calls on the 4G networkautomatically enabled for those who use a compatible smartphone.
Please also remember that in October 2022, TIM concluded the progressive dismantling of 3G technology, no longer usable not even with the Coop Italia operator.
