Lords of the Fallen and Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 will arrive in the catalogue PC and Xbox Games this year and will therefore be accessible to all subscribers to the service.
The confirmation comes from a document available on the Polish portal Bankier, where the publisher CI Games announces that it has signed an agreement with Microsoft on May 3 to bring the two aforementioned games into the Game Pass catalogue.
It is not indicated exactly when they will be added, but at this point it is plausible that they will arrive in the last week of May, given that this is the time window indicated a few days ago by Exputer, who was the first to indicate the arrival of Lords of the Fallen in the service, a rumor that with hindsight turned out to be true. In any case, at this point all that remains is to wait for more details from Microsoft.
The two new additions to the Game Pass
For those who don’t know them, Lords of the Fallen is an action RPG belonging to the souls-like subgenre created by Hexaworks and published on PC and consoles last year. In the role of a dark Crusader we will have to venture into the realm of the living and the dead to prevent the demonic god Adyr from returning to life from sowing chaos and destruction in the world. Despite its undoubted qualities, the game arrived at launch showing the side of more than a few structural naiveties and technical problems, as explained in our review of Lords of the Fallen. It must be said, however, that the post-launch support from the developers has been impeccable and over time several defects have been resolved, new features and content added.
Sniper Ghost Warriors Contracts 2 is the latest chapter in the long-running tactical stealth and shooter series created by CI Games. In this chapter we take on the role of Raven, a mercenary sniper sent on a delicate mission in the heart of a region of the Middle East between the borders of Libra and Syria to neutralize a criminal group and bring it to justice.
