Among the other rules to be respected is the one that prohibits the presence in the list of players present in the list of 25 players for Serie A and with more than 50 appearances in the top division.

Finally, for playoff e playout only players with at least 25 appearances in the second team during the season may be used, or 12 appearances in the case of registration by the club in the January transfer market. Players with fewer appearances may be used, in derogation of the previous rule, only if during the season they have not made even one appearance in the Serie A championship.
