In fact, what happened led to some substantial disqualifications of more than eight months, with the official ruling that arrived in the last few hours. However, the situation is causing a lot of controversy, given that the motivation that led to the punishment is truly incredible.
Here’s what happened
Borgio Verezzi, a club that plays in the lower Ligurian categories, signed on as a new coach a few days ago Fabio Vaccari. However, something went wrong during the registration. The coach’s name and surname have been reversed. It might seem like a small thing, but the reality turned out to be truly incredible. In fact, the affair triggered some truly important measures for several people.
First of all, the coach himself will be stopped, after the plea agreement, for a full six months. Sports director Fabrizio Tuninetti instead received a four-month ban. Three other club managers will then remain banned for a total of 8 months and 10 dayswhile the team president, Cordiale, will be disqualified for 9 months.
