The Revenue Agency has published all the lists of recipients of the 5 per thousand for the year 2023. These are Third Sector entities and non-profit organizations, scientific research entities, health research, amateur sports associations, management bodies of protected areas, but activities carried out by Municipalities and activities of protection, promotion and enhancement of cultural and landscape assets.
The six lists are published in both pdf and csv format. To allow better usability of the data in “csv format”, the total amounts are present only in the files published in pdf format.
Please note that Third Sector entities that want to receive the benefit, usually paid in December of the following year, therefore 2024, must enter the IBAN in the single national register of the Third Sector.
It should be noted that the ceiling of the amount allocated of 525 million euros has been reached, of which approximately 332 million euros are earmarked for third sector entities and non-profit organizations, thanks to the choices of 17,335,628 taxpayers, an increase of approximately 402 thousand compared to the previous year (when in that case too the allocation limit had already been reached).
Given the increase in choices, the criticality of cutting resources allocated to institutions has further worsened. It should also be noted that, compared to last year, when the resources allocated to excluded entities were well over 14 million euros, this year the phenomenon has greatly reduced, amounting to less than 3 million euros.
