A renewal at Benetton Rugby

The contract by Tommaso Menoncello, a 22-year-old from Treviso and product of the Benetton youth team, has been updated, removing the clause termination which would have allowed the player to free himself at the end of the 2024/25 sports season and confirming his stay in green and white until June 30, 2026. “Tommaso is a player who, due to what he has demonstrated in recent seasons, has received a lot of attention and his name was on the notebooks of several European clubs,” says general director Antonio Pavanello. Club who also contacted us directly with their offers, the latter rejected by mutual agreement with the player. We are therefore very happy to have confirmed Tommaso’s stay in Benetton Rugby for the next two sporting seasons and that the player has shown that he believes in the club. All that confirming that the Benetton project is solid and has the ambition to grow from season to season.”
