36 races, there’s something new

The UCI has just announced the official calendar of the World Tour races for the year 2025. While several changes and restructurings to the layout of the calendar are expected in 2026, there are few changes regarding the next season. The main innovation concerns the introduction of the Copenhagen Race, a race which will be in its first edition and will immediately enter the first level and which women will also run. For the rest, move the dates of the three Grand Tours forward slightly, with the Giro d’Italia which will start on June 1st.
