Roland Garros continues and the quarter-finals continue: there will be three matches scheduled between men’s singles and women’s singles. The other quarter-final sees opposition Alexander Zverev and Alex de Minaur. The Australian has grown a lot on a surface that has never seen him particularly protagonist in past years and eliminated Daniil Medvedev with a masterful performance after losing the first set. The German escaped the dangers of Griekspoor and Rune both in the fifth set: in particular with the Dutchman he was two breaks down in the decisive set.
