Inza Dene, just fifteen days after his last call-up, returns to wear the blue shirt. He is, in fact, in the list of twenty-six called up for the Under 18 Six Nations Festival which will be held in Parma from 30 March to 7 April 2024. Inza, born in 2006, third line, has already had the opportunity to measure himself against the international context on four previous occasions. After the recent experiences that saw him part of the Selections that challenged France and Japan, he was also confirmed in the squad called up for the Six Nations Festival, the main international youth event. The Azzurrini, led by the Technical Manager of the U18 national team Paolo Grassi, gathered in Parma last Monday and after four days of preparation at “La Cittadella del Rugby”, on Saturday 30 March at 1.15pm they will make their debut at the “Sergio Lanfranchi” Stadium in the match against the same age of the Portuguese national team. The Italy U18-Ireland U18 match is scheduled for Wednesday 3 April at 5.45pm, while on Sunday 7 April, again at 5.45pm, Italy U18 will face Scotland U18 in the third and final match.

It is a source of great satisfaction for Piacenza Rugby to see one of its athletes confirmed for the fourth time in the national team. It is difficult to contain the pride on the part of the management and technical staff of Piacenza Rugby and Omnia: “A result – underlines the president of Piacenza Rugby Daniele Boccuni – the fruit of a collective commitment, of a team that allowed the player to express his own qualities and to grow. It is above all the result of the excellent work of the numerous coaches who have supported him from minirugby to today and have been able to pass on to him all their skills and their great passion for this sport.” “I think – concludes Boccuni – that this is definitely a victory for everyone”.
