Alarm this morning, Sunday 28 April, around 7.30am, due to a fire in a van which occurred along the state road 349 just below the town of Vigolo Vattaro.
The vehicle was proceeding when suddenly flames and smoke began to come out of the engine compartment and quickly enveloped the van. The driver, having noticed the fire, managed to pull the vehicle over to the bus stop, on the side of the road, thus saving themselves. The flames quickly spread and enveloped the van that was completely destroyed.
Teams intervened for the extinguishing and subsequent clean-up operations of the Vigolo firefighters supported by colleagues at Vattaro, Bosentino, and the permanent ones of Trento.
