Juventus has informed Allegri of his dismissal for just cause

It ends badly, very badly indeed the story of Massimiliano Allegri with Juventus. The second coach in the history of the club in terms of appearances, behind Giovanni Trapattoni and ahead of Marcello Lippi and among the most successful, received notification of dismissal for just cause after the dismissal received in the aftermath of the Italian Cup final played last May 15th in Rome against Atalanta, won thanks to a goal by Vlahovic. In added time in the final, Allegri was furious at a missed foul in attack, taking off his jacket and throwing away his tie. After the expulsion as he headed towards the changing rooms he blatantly asked “Where is Rocchi?“, looking for the referee designator. Another episode during the awards ceremony: Giuntoli applauds the team, the coach seems to want to push him away with a gesture. Then in the locker room he clarified that it was not his intention to turn anyone away. Always in the locker rooms Allegri then became the protagonist of an argument with Tuttosport director Guido Vaciago, then returned with an apology the following day. All these episodes led to his dismissal and today, according to Juventus, becomes a dismissal for just cause

Juventus-Allegri, what happens now

Allegri is located in Londonto attend the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund and there he received the notification from Juventus. For the Bianconeri, the relationship of trust had broken down with the Livorno coach after his behavior towards the management and the heated post-match atmosphere at the Olimpico. Juventus had done it first a complaint against Allegri on the day of his dismissal; the coach, with his lawyers, a pool led by Paolo Rodella, had then presented within five days his defense deductions. These were not deemed adequate by the club, which therefore proceeded to notify the dismissal for just cause. Allegri will lodge an appeal against the dismissal, an appeal to the employment tribunal and the employment judge. It is possible that in the Allegri appeal he himself will ask the club for reputational damage
